At Morgan, the designation “4/4” has stood for a 4-cylinder engine and four wheels since 1936—a necessary distinction, since the company had previously built only three-wheelers. The design of our Morgan dates back to the 1950s and has remained essentially unchanged ever since.

Morgan's classic English roadsters were extremely popular when our car was built, resulting in waiting periods of a year or more. Our Morgan is a fairly rare four-seater, making it suitable for family outings or trips for two, with plenty of storage space for luggage.

Our car underwent a fairly extensive restoration in England in the 1990s, during which it was apparently upgraded with a new ash wood frame and a new aluminum body, turning it into a lightweight model. It was also given an attractive two-tone blue-and-silver paint job.

It was then imported to Germany in 1999 and remained in the same ownership for 20 years.

The Morgan is equipped with Ford's Kent engine in the Competition version, featuring 85 hp, a dual-carburetor setup, a fan-shaped exhaust manifold, and a cross-flow cylinder head (as used in the Lotus Seven), which gives the car very impressive performance. The cylinder head was overhauled in Germany approximately 2,000 kilometers ago.

It is equipped with 195-series tires, and the rear suspension has been upgraded with shock absorbers.

The Morgan comes complete with two covers, four replacement windows, the roadster top, and a chrome luggage rack—all accessories are in good condition.

The built-in blower heater is very effective.

The car has a valid inspection certificate (TÜV).

There is plenty of documents—including from my time in the UK.

The entire car is in excellent condition.
